BMX Aware is only one person and I’m doing this to try and help build good mental health into BMX, as such this is not my main job, I aim to have everything sent as quickly as possible.
If there is going to be a huge delay, I will do my upmost to let you know.

A. Delivery times
Delivery times are easy to work out:
Dispatch time + Parcel lead time = Delivery time
Dispatch time (visible on the product pages):
in stock – ready for shipment in 1-3 business days
on request – ready for shipment in 3-5 working days
sold out – cannot be delivered at the moment
After the order confirmation and successful receipt of payment, your package will be compiled and shipped according to what the description says. We will contact you if there is a delay/change.
B. Postage
All times, dates, and prices are set for the UK. You can order from outside the UK, but you need to email neil@tracklocross.bike and we’ll discuss and price postage etc.
Postage is a flat rate up to £75 of £5, after that it is free (UK only).
C. Collection
Orders can be collected in Glasgow. Please note that I am not a traditional brick and mortar shop and collection is only possible by arrangement. Please email info@mindfulbmx.bike
